Prolife Care is a CQC registered Domiciliary Care service, with the singular aim of supporting adults at risk aged between 18 and 65 years, as well as individuals over the age of 65. We are based in Stevenage with our geographical area covering Hertfordshire and surrounding suburbs. This does not stop us from providing compassionate high-quality care, we are committed to going the extra mile.

Our service is tailored to promote and provide choice for individuals needing domiciliary care as well as those experiencing mental health challenge, dementia, and physical disabilities or individuals with a combination of any of these support needs. We provide programmes and access treatment options from a team of professionals to enable individuals to regain their independence and live their optimum level of live.

We Are Guided By Individual Needs

We are dedicated to providing exceptional quality home care services to both the private and public sectors, like the Local Authorities, Private Clients, Direct Payments Service Users, and Individual Set Budget users. Individual needs are identified through a participative assessment, and this may involve a Care Manager or a Social Worker from the Local Authority. One of our professionally trained Team Leaders will come and visit you and complete an initial assessment to design a tailored care plan to your individual needs.

Our Staff & Management

Our staff are experienced, kind, and compassionate about the services they provide. They are trained to provide a wide range of services including personal care, meal preparation, housekeeping, medication reminders, companionship. We understand how important a personal and reliable level of care is, and we guarantee this service to all who access our service. Our management team consist of experienced and qualified health and social care staff with a passion for delivering high quality care inspired by kindness, compassion, and care. Our staff have the expertise to meet the individuals' care and support needs to the highest standard of care as we work closely with the individual, their family, friends, and various professionals involved with their care.
